PHILOSOPHY OF CARE

I believe a strong doctor-patient relationship is the foundation to better care. It's about taking the time to understand not only a person's eye health, but overall health and medical conditions too. Doing so allows me to deliver improved care, using a targeted treatment plan that makes a lasting difference.

BACKGROUND

Dr. Kronberg grew up in a small town in Wyoming. She completed her undergraduate degree at University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado. She then went on to graduate with her Doctorate of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry. Dr. Kronberg then completed a post-doctorate residency at University of California Berkeley, and accepted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

Following her post-doctorate residency, Dr. Kronberg joined Artisan Optics in 2012. In addition to seeing patients for eye health exams and medical eye care, she heads our dry eye treatment center. She stays at the forefront of dry eye management by incorporating cutting-edge diagnostics, specialized testing, and meibomography to create highly personalized treatment plans for her patients. Her philosophy is to treat the root cause, not just the symptoms, ensuring long-term relief and improved quality of life.
Dr. Kronberg's commitment to optimal patient outcomes is evident in her meticulous approach to patient care, and her compassionate chairside manner.

PERSONAL

Dr. Kronberg grew up in Wyoming but, upon discovering Boise, quickly fell in love with warmer weather and all that the Treasure Valley has to offer. When she heads outdoors, you'll find Dr. Kronberg on the paths along the Boise river or exploring one of our many parks with her daughter. In moments of free time, she enjoys her hobby of quilting.
