Thomas N. Smith, A.M.I., O.V.T.

Mr. Smith holds a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, both received from Missouri State University. Additionally, he is also certified through the Montessori Institute of Palo Alto. He is a member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD) and has completed advanced studies in the field of developmental vision.

As a Binocular Vision Specialist with advanced course work in visually related learning problems, developmental delays, visual integration, and vision rehabilitation, Mr. Smith provides developmental testing and assessment, reading development and comprehension testing. He oversees and administers treatment programs for: Sensory integration, developmental delays, amblyopia, strabismus, reading and academic vision problems, binocular vision problems, and vision rehabilitation.

Treatment programs are available for: Strabismus, amblyopia, learning problems, developmental delays, traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, enhanced sports performance and more. Treatment is available for both adults and children.
