Spectacle Lenses: You may cancel your order for spectacle lenses only if your order is NOT IN PRODUCTION. Once your order makes it to the lens processing lab, we can’t change your order or cancel your order. Not because we don’t love and adore you, but because your lenses are custom made just for you. That’s why there’s no refund, exchange or in-store credit on spectacle lenses.

Eyeglass Frames: We will accept returns on eyeglass frames (not sunglasses) up to 3 (three) days from the date of dispense. The frame must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, in its original case, with your receipt and subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be issued an in-store credit. If your insurance company paid a portion of the frame cost, your in-store credit will be equal to the portion you paid. We will revise the claim with your insurance company. Sorry…can’t give you a credit for more than you paid, and your insurance company will want their money back.

Sunglasses: Sorry, no returns on sunglasses. They’re yours. If you’ve changed your hair style or no longer like the way you look in them, give them to a friend. And since they’re really nice sunglasses your friend will be super excited and may even buy you lunch as a way to say “thanks”.
