This includes nationwide plans for Blue Cross, Blue Shield, VSP (also known as Vision Service Plan), EyeMed, IPN (Idaho Physicians Network), Pacific Source, AmeriBen, CIGNA and many others.
In the event we are not an in-network provider for your particular insurance plan, we will submit your claim for you as a courtesy to your insurance company.
